From today’s Bible reading: Luke 8
Jarius went to Jesus to ask Him to heal his 12-year-old daughter who was near death.
Jesus went as a crowd of people followed Him.
On His way, someone stopped Jarius, telling him not to trouble the Master because it was too late. She had already died.
Jesus said, “Fear not: believe only, and she shall be made whole.” (Luke 8:50)
Later, when Jesus had arrived at the bedside of the young girl, He took her by the hand and called, saying “Maid, arise”. (Luke 8:54)
Does it ever feel like maybe it’s too late, too hard, or too impossible in some way to overcome trials, or be forgiven, or find peace?
Fear not, believe only.
Arise.
It’s not too late 🤗
He makes all things possible to them that believe. (Mark 9:23)
