Mary kept these things in her heart ❤️
From today’s Bible reading: Luke 2
Luke 2 contains the classic verses that are read around the world each Christmas season. 🎄
I love the Christmas story, but there are two verses that caught my attention this time.
After the shepherds visited the newborn Jesus, in Luke 2:19, it says, “But Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart.”
Later in the chapter, after Mary and Joseph had found the 12 year old Jesus teaching in the temple, in Luke 2:51, “but his mother kept all these sayings in her heart.”
My heart lately has been pondering on Christ and how He can be part of my life daily. I’m excited to take part in this challenge to read the Gospels and share it with you 🤗
