I’m grateful for Jesus Christ. ❤️ He is the Light of the World.

Now that Christ had risen and had left, what did the disciples do? They went back to fishing. But the story doesn’t end there.

It can be difficult to understand what we can’t see. Sometimes we doubt, even if we’ve had experiences in the past that filled us with hope and conviction. 

I was thinking about this part of the story and wondered how many times Jesus walks with us and we don’t realize it.

Jesus calls His disciples to preach the gospel to everyone.

“He is not here: for he is risen.”

It’s our last week of the Challenge. This has truly been a blessing for me. Highly recommend 10/10!

Even in His pain, He still loved and provided for the needs of others. 

I am amazed at the love of Jesus.

Jesus had to be treated like Barabbas so Barabbas could be treated like Jesus.

The ground shook, darkness fell. A centurion realized that this was indeed the Son of God.

“To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world.”

God can send us comfort through visible and invisible angels.

We are so loved.

I hope you’ve felt uplifted by God’s love for you.

Our suffering will be but a small moment, and we can take comfort in the promises of Jesus.

Jesus says we are his friends if we keep His commandments.

Our gift to Jesus is keeping His commandments. His gift to us is peace and comfort.

Jesus shows us by example how to love others as He, King of All, carefully washed the feet of each of his disciples. Humility is an important part of love.

Sometimes we are asked to go through difficult things, not to punish us or even to test us, but to refine us and teach us. The Father knows what is best. We can trust His will.
